The story starts in early 1971 when a flagship retail store was established under the title “Sharif Material Store” at Mujahid Road for the supplies of Stainless Steel Sheets, Rods and Steel wires. This business extended with a range of surface finishing & cutting tools and the company became exclusive dealers of multiple international manufacturers like Starcke GmbH & Co. KG. from Germany, Potters from Belgium and Dormer tools from United Kingdom, in Pakistan. Azhar Sharif further advanced into extension of supplies program and collaborated with many other companies in China, Turkey, Germany and United States.
